Jonathan (Jon) is a forward-thinking and knowledgeable leader with more than 19 years of experience in the field of workforce development. He currently serves as Program Analyst for the Department of Employment Services (DOES). Jon is responsible for the data analysis and comprehensive performance and programmatic reporting for locally and federally funded workforce programs offered by DOES. His diverse background includes performance management and reporting, WIA/WIOA compliance, technical assistance, partnership development, data analytics, strategic planning, staff development training, and experience implementing and managing various federal, state, and local initiatives that address community needs and foster economic growth. Jon has worked with DOES for 8 years and prior to serving in his current role, he served as One-Stop Operations Manager and Labor Exchange Administrator for the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation. Jon strives for excellence and aims to have a positive impact on everything he touches.
