Jake Hemphill is an Associate for the Community and Implementation team at What Works Cities. There he works with expert delivery partners to bring learning opportunities and resources to life for cities as well as ensuring reporting deliverables are met. Prior to joining RFA, he worked for over a decade in restaurant management. Believing that great things are possible through authentic and communicative relationships and hard work, he brings that unique hospitable perspective and voice to RFA’s mission. From Phoenix, Arizona where he lives with his wife, Leah and son, Sonny.
