Haley Kadish

Associate Director, Local Practice


Haley Kadish is the Associate Director of Local Practice at Results for America, leading the Local Infrastructure Hub – an effort to help cities and towns leverage federal funding to drive local recovery and improve their communities.

Haley brings over 12 years of experience working to improve local governments. Prior to joining RFA, Haley served as the City of Albuquerque’s first Performance & Innovation Officer, where she led a team tasked with improving the City from within. In that role, Haley supported the City’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, revamped its performance management system, and completed many process improvement projects throughout the organization.

Previously, Haley worked for The Novak Consulting Group, where she supported more than 50 local government organizations in transforming their operations. She has also served as an International City/County Management Association (ICMA) Fellow and is currently an Adjunct Professor at the University of New Mexico School of Public Administration. In 2022, Haley received the Emerging Leaders Award of Excellence from the Center for Accountability and Performance for her work informing decisions by linking City programs and services with community outcomes.

Haley received a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s in Public Administration from The Ohio State University. Haley is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
