Felix Schapiro is a Workforce Policy Analyst in the office of Virginia’s Chief Workforce Development Advisor. Prior to his appointment by Governor Northam, Felix served in the McAuliffe administration helping both the Secretary of Natural Resources and the Secretary of Education communicate their message to the public. A native of Richmond, Felix studied Government and Philosophy at the College of William and Mary before joining state government.
