Fay Walker

Senior Manager, City Experience, WWC


Fay is a senior manager with the What Works Cities Team. Prior to joining RFA, Fay worked with LISC National’s Community Research and Impact team and with the Urban Institute, doing policy research on corporate ownership of rental properties, guaranteed income pilots, and eviction prevention pilots. Prior to that, she lived and worked in Philadelphia and Cleveland, focusing on tenant protections, and community outreach, with an emphasis on geospatial analyses and open data. Fay holds a B.A. in diplomacy and world affairs from Occidental College and two M.A.s in urban spatial analytics and city and regional planning, both from the University of Pennsylvania.
