Research Analyst in the Office of Research, Assessment, Data, Accountability, and Reporting (RADAR), Oregon Department of Education

Evan Fuller is a Research Analyst in the Office of Research, Assessment, Data, Accountability, and Reporting (RADAR) at the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) where he oversees data requests from education researchers, non-profits, other governmental agencies, and the legislature. Having served in his role for five years, he is knowledgeable about Oregon’s administrative data, including data held by ODE, in particular data to inform state policy in the area of educational costs. He serves as technical staff to Oregon’s Quality Education Commission and oversees the Commission’s biennial Quality Education Model process for estimating the cost of providing an adequate system of K-12 education for all students served in Oregon’s public school system. He is an experienced economist with expertise in network modeling of regulated industries and public finance. He received his MSc in Economics from the University of Oregon.
