Erin Jones, Executive Director of Workforce Boulder County, has worked for Boulder County since 2004. She has led multiple teams and programs focusing on business and job seeker services. Her experience in workforce development programs has included SECTOR Initiatives, Career Pathway Projects and industry specific grants implementation. She received her Bachelors and Master’s Degree from Rutgers University.   Erin’s professional background also includes education, housing programs management and counseling and mental health services. She enjoys project management, facilitation, program implementation, evaluation and leadership development.
