Emily currently works with Bain & Company’s Atlanta office as Manager, Associate Program and People Operations, where she oversees their Associate Consultant program and is a leader on their people operations team. Emily rejoined the private sector in 2018 after spending a decade in the public sector working in a variety of strategic and operational roles including a number of years working specifically in civic innovation. Immediately prior to her work at Bain & Company, Emily served as the Deputy Commissioner of the City of Atlanta’s Department of Parks & Recreation. Prior to that, Emily worked with both the City of Atlanta as well as Bloomberg Philanthropies and Bennett Midland Consulting in a series of roles related to Civic Innovation. She also has experience working with the City of New York and the New York City Economic Development Corporation.
