Emaan Abdel-Halim is a driven human resources partner with 15 years of training and experience in recruitment, selection, classification analysis, training and consultation, performance management, and equity and inclusion work. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin ‚Äì Madison with Bachelors’ degrees in Management/Human Resources and Social Psychology, she worked in various private and public sector roles. In 2008, Emaan took a front line role with City of Madison and by 2012 returned to her HR roots as a Human Resources Analyst for the City. Over the last decade, Emaan has provided strategic direction to over 20 city agencies on creative recruitment strategies with the highest quality of customer service. After serving as the interim Labor Relations Specialist, in 2021 Emaan promoted to her current role as the HR Services Manager. Emaan is committed to building community partnerships which help develop career pathways for applicants and improve inclusion and innovation in our workforce.
