School Improvement Program Manager, Minnesota Department of Education

Dennis Duffy is the school improvement program manager for the Minnesota Department of Education. He works directly with some of the state’s largest districts in coordinating school improvement efforts and implementing school improvement initiatives. In this role, he also helps coordinate statewide support for helping schools and districts identify evidence-based interventions and policies tied to their school improvement work. Dennis got his start in education as a Peace Corps volunteer in Turkmenistan and later as an English language development teacher in North Carolina. He holds a M.P.P. from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. from North Carolina State University.
