Damarcus Bell

Damarcus Bell is the Associate Director of the Solutions Accelerator at Results for America, helping to accelerate the adoption of evidence-based economic mobility solutions by optimizing pedagogy and impact.
Over the past decade, Damarcus has married a diverse career in live production, education leadership, and evidence-based policymaking, always intent on celebrating the joy, brilliance, and thriving of the Black experience. Damarcus began his career as a music educator at the Eagle Academy for Young Men in Brooklyn, NY. As a policy and data strategist, Damarcus has since supported urban municipalities across the country to leverage data-driven innovation and resolve systemic disparities alongside communities historically failed by public policy. He most recently served as the Deputy Director for Data Analytics for the Stacey Abrams gubernatorial campaign.
Damarcus holds a BA in Music Performance from Morehouse College, an MA in Music Education from New York University, and an MPP in Social & Urban Policy from the John F. Kennedy School at Harvard University.
