Courtney Kishbaugh is the Senior Manager of the Rapid Response Unit, where she works to support RFA teams on high priority projects. Previously, Courtney worked at the Cleveland Innovation Project (CIP), a cross-sector partnership working to grow Cleveland’s technology industries (specifically freshwater technology, smart manufacturing, and health innovation) and increase economic prosperity for Greater Cleveland. Prior to CIP, she consulted for private, nonprofit, and public sector clients, focusing on economic development, business strategy and design, and project management.

Courtney graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Georgetown University. She is passionate about sustainability and innovation in cities, and in her personal time loves running and gardening.
