Celeste Richie is the Vice President for Workforce Development for Results for America. Previously, Celeste served as a Director at Third Sector Capital Partners where she led governments, nonprofits, and private funders in building evidence-based initiatives to improve workforce, education, and health outcomes. Celeste spent seven years in the federal government working to improve the use of evidence in program and policy decision-making. She focused on employment and worker protection programs as a Senior Evaluation Specialist with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Chief Evaluation Office and provided policy, budget, and performance analysis across several offices in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Before her time in D.C., she worked with the Fiscal Research Division of the North Carolina Legislature and as the Assistant Director for Diversity and Communications for the College of Natural Resources at North Carolina  State University.
