Caroline Hays is an Associate on the City Progress team for the What Works Cities initiative. Before joining Results for America, Caroline worked for the Pew Charitable Trusts on their strategy team, where she researched and designed new initiatives for Pew. Caroline got her start working with local government as a Coro Fellow in Public Affairs in San Francisco. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public policy and biology from Claremont McKenna College.
