Brittany is the former Deputy Director of the Office of Equity and Inclusion in the City of Albuquerque, where she worked to apply an equity lens to all data collection and analysis in the City. Under the direction of the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer, Brittany and the Office of Equity and Inclusion were situated at the forefront of data-driven decision-making across the City of Albuquerque. Brittany worked previously as an analyst at a public opinion and market research firm and as a program manager on a large National Science Foundation grant. She received her Master’s with distinction in Public Policy from the University of New Mexico where she has taught research methods and American politics classes as an adjunct professor.
