As the Human Resources-Organizational Development Manager, Anne oversees and leads the OD Unit in providing support to agencies and staff in developing a healthy, high-performing, self-renewing organization that successfully leads and manages change. To ensure the success and engagement of City of Madison employees and agencies the OD unit coordinates learning, leadership and development, performance excellence, and organizational capacity services. Anne was previously a Talent Development Specialist, leading the design, development, and implementation of organization-wide learning programs to increase employee development and growth. Anne has over 25 years of experience in organization and learning development from her work as an instructor at the Madison Metropolitan School District, director of a local Community Learning Center and a State Program Manager.
