Andrea Morrow

Senior Manager, Workforce Development


Andrea Morrow (She/Hers) is a Senior Manager, Workforce Development for Results for America.

Prior to joining the RFA team, Andrea served as the Director of Community and School Partnerships for the IndyEast Promise Neighborhood Initiative (IEPNI), a $30 million Department of Education funded Promise Neighborhood, in Indianapolis, IN.

While in this role, Andrea led the implementation of Results-Based Accountability with IEPNI lead partners and stakeholders, aimed at creating a shared accountability structure for the cradle-to-career continuum of solutions, in order to achieve better results for all children and families living in the Promise Neighborhood.

Previously, Andrea served as Director of Youth Services with IMPACT Community Action in Columbus, OH where she led a team that implemented education, workforce development, and life skills programming for youth and young adults using federal, state, and local funds. She has over 10 years experience working in partnership with local and state leaders to design and implement  innovative and collaborative, results-driven systems for youth, adults, and families including the Steps to Success Boot Camp, which was named an Exemplary Program by OACAA and The Ohio State University’s John Glenn College of Public Affairs.

Andrea is a Results-Based Accountability Certified Professional. She received her MPA from Columbia Southern University, Bachelor of General Studies focusing in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Indiana University and an Associate of Arts from The Ohio State University.
