Alex (she/her) is a Senior Manager of Solutions at Results for America. Alex has worked across sectors at the intersection of education, workforce development and technology. Most recently she led research and analysis on models for employer-led economic mobility initiatives at Guild Education. Previously, she led programs focused on democratizing access to STEM and computer science education with a particular focus on BIPOC, women and girls. As part of that work, Alex partnered with city government to lead the launch of a youth internship program that has provided high quality, industry aligned internships to over 7,000 career and technical education students in New York City to date. Alex also worked as a consultant with the Center for Public Research and Leadership where she delivered strategy solutions and capacity-building tools to decision-makers of diverse public sector partners, supporting them to improve their work and increase their impact.

She is deeply passionate about ensuring those with a seat at the table have the knowledge, tools and accountability to make data-driven decisions and implement evidence-based initiatives that will meaningfully address systemic disparities.

Alex hails from Maryland and resides in Brooklyn. When not at work, you will find her in the woods, at the movies, petting other people’s dogs and talking about strength training. She holds an MPA from NYU’s Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a BA in American Studies from Tufts University. She is also a proud alum of the Fellowship for Emerging Leaders in Public Service program.
