Aja Croteau is a Senior Manager on the Federal Policy team at Results for America. Aja previously served as a Project Manager at The Council of State Governments, overseeing projects focused on state workforce and WIC policy. Aja brings years of experience working with non-profit organizations that serve low-income and rural populations at both the national and local level. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Agriculture and Natural Resources from Berea College and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Kentucky.
