Director, Talent & Workforce Strategy World Business Chicago Adam supports workforce development efforts for World Business Chicago, the economic development agency for the City of Chicago. In this capacity, he leads public and private sector engagement to improve the workforce development climate within the Chicago area, engaging corporate, civic, and local government leaders in identifying key workforce and human capital challenges for area firms and facilitating the development and innovation of projects, programs, and initiatives to improve the pipeline of the Chicagoland workforce to meet the needs of area employers. Adam came to WBC with more than 10 years in multi-service, community-based organizations, spanning both direct client services as well as administrative roles focused on program evaluation, outcome measurement and business intelligence (BI), specializing in data visualization. With a particular focus in Workforce Development programming, Adam also has subject-matter expertise in a range of other program areas including Adult Education, Preschool and Head Start, Entrepreneurship and Micro-Lending, Violence Prevention, and more.
