Abdul Rahman Alloush joined the City of Cincinnati Office of Performance and Data Analytics in October of 2022. Abdul serves OPDA as Senior Management Analyst (Innovation Specialist) leading multidisciplinary collaborative projects focusing on complex problem solving through innovative methodologies and design thinking process. Prior to joining OPDA, Abdul served as a medical consultant in the controlled substances management field. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration from Methodist University and a Master’s degree in Public Health with a focus of Global Health and Epidemiology from NYU School of Global Public Health. At NYU, Abdul led the Online Inclusion Initiative, served as an Online Graduate representative, and collaborated with various UN and WHO agencies and Health Ministries on various projects to design and develop innovative public health interventions and strategies.
