Aaron Samulcek is the Vice President of Finance and Operations at Results for America. With over two decades of nonprofit management experience, Aaron specializes in leading social-impact organizations through transformational change by combining strategic leadership with best-in-class financial management and operational excellence.

Before joining Results for America, Aaron served as Chief Operating Officer at LGBTQ+ Victory Fund & Institute, where he implemented a visionary strategic plan and overhauled the organization’s financial infrastructure. In that role, he led multiple nonprofit entities, developed a new market-based compensation framework, and introduced a collaborative budgeting process that enhanced staff engagement, ownership, and transparency.

Previously, Aaron served as Chief Operating Officer and Interim President and CEO of Planned Parenthood Great Plains, where he managed a financial turnaround and oversaw the organization’s expansion through two mergers. Under his leadership, the organization doubled its advocacy and healthcare footprint. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance roles at Planned Parenthood Federation of America and NYU’s Child Study Center, where he strengthened administrative and financial operations to support organizational scaling and programmatic expansion.

Aaron holds a B.A. in Business and Finance from Benedictine College and an M.P.A. from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
