Results for America and Georgetown University Host How Government Can Play Moneyball To Transform U.S. Domestic Policy and U.S. Foreign Assistance

Results for America and Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy and Walsh School of Foreign Service hosted two thought-provoking panels that examined how data, evidence, and evaluation can help government leaders invest in what works.

Panel I: Using Data and Evidence in U.S. Domestic Policy 1:00 pm EDT – 2:00 pm EDT

Explored how leaders can and should use data, evidence, and evaluation to help improve lives and make our federal government more effective and efficient.

Focused on a new chapter by Michael Gerson and Rajiv Shah entitled “Foreign Assistance and the Revolution of Rigor” from the national best-selling book, Moneyball for Government.
