Deputy Budget Director, City of Baltimore, MD
Bob is currently serving as the Deputy Budget Director for the City of Baltimore, Maryland, where he leads a staff of eight analysts with responsibility for the development, presentation, and monitoring of the City’s $2.8 billion operating budget. Bob was one of the key architects in developing the City’s innovative outcome-based budgeting approach and the City’s 10-Year Financial Plan. Bob previously served as an analyst and manager for the Procter and Gamble Company in Hunt Valley, Maryland. He earned his Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and his Bachelor’s in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
